When the olives arrive at our production site in Gricignano, the Quality Control Office carries out an initial check. All the qualitative parameters of our olives are tested, validating the conformity of our products with the legal standards in force.
SELECTION AND PROCESSING OF OLIVES
This is one of the most important phases of production for us because, with the optical sorters and our own hands, the perfect olive is carefully selected. Only after passing a meticulous selection process are our olives ready to be processed.
With the level of industrial automation we now have in our factory, Granata Antonio & co. SRL has one of the most cutting-edge production sites on the international scene. Machine automation allows us to efficiently coordinate the various packaging and pasteurisation processes for our olives, guaranteeing high standards of sustainability, flexibility, simplicity, and safety.
READY TO BE CONSUMED
Once the quality controls provided for in the selection and processing phases have been passed, our products are ready to be packaged. Our machines automatically package our olives in the various packaging options at our disposal, followed by labelling and a final quality control check.
